Welcome to Marlene’s Cleaning. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a clear understanding between our team and our valued clients.
1. Service Overview
Marlene’s Cleaning provides residential cleaning services throughout Boston, Norfolk County, and surrounding areas. All services are performed by trained professionals with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
2. Appointments & Bookings

Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or our online booking form.

Bookings are confirmed once you receive an email, text, or phone confirmation from our team.

We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust service times due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $25 late cancellation fee.

Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) may be billed in full.
4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

We accept cash, checks, and electronic payments (e.g. Venmo, Zelle, or invoice via email).

Invoices not paid within 7 days may be subject to a late fee.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right — either through a re-clean or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
6. Access to Your Home

Clients must provide access to the property on the day of service (key, code, or in-person).

If we are unable to access the home at the scheduled time, a lockout fee of $25 may apply.
7. Breakage & Damages

Our cleaners are trained to handle your belongings with care. If something is accidentally damaged during cleaning, we will inform you and work to resolve the issue fairly.

Marlene’s Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not secured or disclosed before service.
8. Pets

Please let us know if you have pets. While we are pet-friendly, we ask that aggressive animals be secured during our visit for everyone’s safety.
9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if a property is in an unsafe or unsanitary condition, or if there is harassment, unsafe behavior, or illegal activity present.
